This is right in the sense that oatmeal and fruit is far better for you than a bagel (combining fruit and carb is beneficial to your health and diet); however, this is misleading. That large of a bowl of oatmeal and fruit is definitely more than 200 calories. About half a cup of oatmeal uncooked has 150 calories. A cup of fruit would have 80-100 calories depending on the fruit. This bowl pictured is probably closer to 2 cups meaning that it would be closer to 200 calories or so. Ya knowww, just to clarify! ;)
